Trim Every 8–12 Weeks

Keep your ends fresh and prevent breakage by trimming the hair every 8 to 12 weeks.

Wash & Deep Condition Every 2–3 Weeks

Use a sulfate-free shampoo and follow with a deep conditioner to restore moisture. Rinse thoroughly and detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb.

Style with Heat Protection

Always use a heat protectant before blow-drying or using hot tools. Do not apply oil before heat styling — it can cause the hair to burn.

Wrap It Up

At night, protect your hair with a satin or silk scarf or bonnet to prevent tangling and retain moisture.
