Every product we sell has been wear-tested, styled, washed, and worn again to ensure it not only looks stunning on day one, but holds up beautifully over time. Because when it comes to your hair, shortcuts just aren’t our style.

Product Testing
Burned. Washed. Authenticated.
Tested for 100% Human Hair Authenticity
We test all of our hair to ensure that it contains no synthetic fibers. This involves burning small hair samples from each bundle to confirm that no plastic residue is created.
Raw Hair Verification
To verify that all of our raw hair is actually raw meaning that it is cut straight from the donor and never treated chemically or with steam.
We run a series of test including:
- Checking for cuticle alignment.
- Hand washing our bundles to confirm there is no chemical residue.
- Burning hair samples to confirm no chemical coatings are applied.
Single Donor Verification
We test all of our single donor hair to verify that it is in fact from a only one donor. The gold standard for testing single donor hair is by bleaching the hair and confirming it can be lifted to a colour #613 (bleach blonde).
Shedding, Softness & Tangling Testing
We ensure that all hair remains soft to the touch with minimal shedding over time, requiring minimal daily brushing, even after being washed and styled multiple times.
Any hair showing excessive shedding, tangling or becoming stiff during our user testing process is rejected.
Minimal Processing Prioritized
We only sell hair that has been steam treated, or steam styled as we like to call it. In order to achieve certain textures or hair shapes, our "Refined" or "Virgin" hair has been treated with steam. Some manufacturers use chemicals to achieve this result but this tends to damage the hair strands more aggressively.
The only chemical processing that is done on our hair is if the hair has been coloured .
